Still getting low fps ? try lowering the resolution ingame i.e Using the Resolution Scale option, Start at 100% then work downwards until viable results are found.

I changed my graphics settings to very high and same with reflection and shadows because the quality made me want to kms, but after that i sitll got a good 80 fps. 30 fps increase, thank you :)
