I prefer to keep it on, because I like looking back at my old recorded clips years after they were recorded.

Corrections: This would work on a lower-end devices but if you want to squeeze every once of frames you can render, then you can go ahead and turn gamebar off with a trade off of no "native" record and you can't record back in time.

People are trashing on this but turning off background capture on a low end pc actually helps a lot

Game bar is useful and doesn't effect praformance at all(every thing dose but its not doing anything so it wont drown your praformance)
