10 WORST Motorcycles & Scooters From The 1960s That Failed

Some of the most disappointing motorcycles and scooters of the 1960s, highlighting their design flaws, poor performance, and marketing missteps. From Harley-Davidson's ill-fated Topper scooter, which traded rebellious charm for utility, to the awkward proportions of the BSA Bantam Bushman, these bikes failed to meet expectations. Others, like the Honda Dream 305 and the Yamaha T80, tried to innovate but ended up as quirky or laughable missteps. Each entry serves as a cautionary tale about how ambitious ideas can falter when execution and design go awry.

Your hub for the ugliest, quirkiest, and most disastrous vehicles and features in automotive history!

I actually owned and rode a Velocette LE in the 1970s while I was rebuilding my Norton. Why? My Father had one and said it was great. When I had it my neighbor who was a police superintendent came round to see me. He didn't do that often so many joints I was smoking. He loved that bike I could see. It was made for the police. However, the truth of the LE rests in my friend Who rode CB Hondas and H2 Kawasakis. He took a Vellocette LE round Ireland and found a beutiful country, at the speed that it merited to see.
