Hi from 2022! :) That’s a nice video, thanks a lot! In 2021, as a startup, I started with Flowlu. It is an all-in-one CRM and the price is quite affordable, that’s why I decided to purchase it. And you know, I’m still using it in 2022. As it was in 2021, it’s still essential for any CRM to have advanced automations and an opportunity to integrate with other apps. I'm glad that there are such features in Flowlu and they’re still improving it. There are many more features beyond just a CRM module, there are also accounting, project management, knowledge base and more. I’d love to see your review on it!

Would have been helpful if this included the Salesforce Essentials package -- are they not top 5?

We are using TrueFlowAI, it has AI first approach that we like. AI is definitely the future of CRM. One of our colleagues who has used Salesforce mentioned trueflowai is like startup version of salesforce. the AI assistant feature is super cool, its like having your own little assistant processing your work on a day to day basis
