There should a flat fee on any sale. Get rid of the 5-6% commissions. It makes no sense to pay 5-6% on houses that are at these prices. There is nothing a realtor can do that is worth 5-6% of a million dollar house. Flat rate if you don't like it find a real job. These are used car sales people.

The 6% commission is insane. Why the agents who do nothing to build the houses or increase their intrinsic values take so much money by just signing papers? Anyone should be allowed to buy and trade houses!

the city and the state should really drop the prices on buying a home and really lowering the rent as well people cant always pay because the real estate and apartment managers are gouging their tenants when they struggle with rent our governor should really do something but we know he wont at 18 is normally a right of passage to get an appartment and to be on your own but now its not possible
