How To Tell If The Real Estate Agent Really Has Another Offer

How to tell if there is another buyer or if the real estate agent is bluffing. Are you increasing you offer without needing to. Is there really another offer on the property. How man interested buyers are there.

That should be illegal for agents to fake another offer. They need to show a buyer legitimate proof of another offer.

I put in a reasonable offer with an escalation clause to help against other offers. Its a solid offer. But now the listing agent is not giving me a solid yes or no response and I think they are just using my offer shopping it around to get someone else to jump higher.

My ALL-TIME fave is stealing from you and calling it "improvements" or refusing to do something (remove a pool table) and leaving the gd thing there when they find its probably 1k+ to move it OUT.
