Thanks for the content. I do take buyers out - One Time - w/o pre-approval. I usualy show 3 very different propertie to get a feel for what they like.

Great video. Im a new agent and this answered a lot of my questions. I have been having this issue. Ive actually generated several leads but as soon as I speak about pre qualification or pre approval, the customer seem to get nervous or standoffish. Im definitely going to try this approach

I certainly would. I want to establish a relationship in which i can learn about what they might be looking for, let it extend to conversations based upon what they like, ehat they do for work. I think i myself would want to establish that trust and comfort and then show some homes. Gauge there seriouness and committment to the move. I really enjoyed this video. I know i am a year late.
