The length of wire/ thread upto heart is quite long..how this thread / guide wire got too far without any supportive instrument /safety measures without harming the Artery walls.patient is required to sign a declaration form for all kind of risk factors mainly rupture, puncture or bleeding etc of th Artery during and after surgery.pls explain..😢
