For anyone about to start a channel, regardless of whether it is a reaction channel, vlog, or whatever. Before you upload your first video... Make approximately 5 videos before uploading. You can either upload all of them at the same time, or close together. Why?

At first, regardless of your niche, initially yt doesn't know who to put your videos in front of, as it doesn't fully understand who your target audience is. So by making roughly 5 videos, this will help them to determine who your audience is and who to put your videos in front of.

I have a creepypasta narration channel, that is over three yrs old and at the time I didn't know this info, so to begin with, it took ages before I really started getting decent views. I only found out this information just a few months ago. So now I spread the word on this to help others. I am in the process of starting two other channels; one will be a true crime channel and the other will be a reaction channel. I will be implementing this info myself.

It’s cool to see you guys make a video about reaction videos. Streamyard is pretty cool if you don’t want to do much editing but if you want to create a reaction video that stands a chance of being competitive Streamyard isn’t the way to go because it lacks customization when it comes to the screen you are reacting to and it has limited Picture in Picture features. I personally use Camtasia. It’s great for screen capturing, self recording, and the editing software is simple yet has all the features you need to make a great reaction video 🤓👍🏽

Hi Paul here, I am a 70yr old guy from the UK. Recently I have become aware of young guys and girls doing music reaction videos and I am amassed at how they react to our 60s-70s music and how much they appreciate it. the one thing I don't see is an original 60s-70s person revisiting and reacting to music from their past. As I am now retired and have lots of spare time on my hands I thought I may attempt to fill this niche, so am interested in all the different techniques. I am waiting for my new PC to be delivered (much faster with loads more Ramm) then will be downloading any programs required and playing about. At the moment I have purchased some of the hardware required like a Blue Yeti Mic and a Razer Webcam with a good (supposedly) pair of headphones. So i have subscribed and will be watching your channel with interest. Paul (the Oldest Swinger).

Im thinking about using streamyard, I use restream but I'm liking the features better for this program.I got a anime podcast so thinking about doing live reaction videos for anime, y'all helped quite a bit
