This is very helpful.  Thank you!!  I'm experiencing a bit of a hiccup though.  I created a table designed as in your example.  I noticed that the code only works for the first record only.  In my case the first record begins with AutoNumber ID of 2.  The login form does not work for the remaining 4 records.  Meaning when I select the user from the combo box that is linked to AutoNumber ID 3 (for example), nothing happens.  I get the Login Failed message but I don't know why.  Would you be able to send the code? I suspect that it has to do with the middle section of the code.  On two of the lines you have some sort of symbol/character right before the last quote in AutoID but I cannot ascertain what it is.  I put an * but not certain if that's right so I am guessing this may be causing the error but not certain.
