If you are a veteran who has served in the military and suffered an injury or illness, you may be entitled to VA benefits. The process of filing for VA benefits can often be complex and confusing, but it is important to understand what "favorable findings" mean in your VA claim rating decision.

A VA claim is a request for compensation or other benefits based on injuries or illnesses that occurred during your military service. When you submit a VA claim, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will review all evidence and information related to your case to determine if you are eligible for benefits.

In a VA claim rating decision, the VA will make a determination on whether your injuries or illnesses are related to your military service and what level of disability you have. This is where the term "favorable findings" comes into play. Favorable findings are any positive evidence or information that supports your claim and can increase your chances of receiving a higher disability rating.

One way to ensure favorable findings in your VA claim is to provide thorough and well-documented evidence. This can include medical records, service records, statements from witnesses, and any other relevant documentation. It is important to gather as much evidence as possible and present it in an organized and clear manner to the VA.

It is also important to note that favorable findings can also result from a VA medical examination. If the VA schedules a medical exam, it is crucial to attend and provide detailed information about your condition. This can help the examiner make an accurate assessment of your disability and may lead to a more favorable rating decision.

In conclusion, understanding the importance of favorable findings in your VA claim can greatly increase your chances of receiving the benefits you deserve. By providing thorough evidence and attending medical examinations, you can help strengthen your case and ensure that the VA makes a fair decision regarding your disability rating.

What should you if the private doctor will not write a Nexus because they just don't want to get involved and you have medical evidence which supports the claim?

This is what I’m going through for my neck. I have been to the doctor for neck pain but they don’t keep records very long and so I don’t have anything to send the Va

I had an exam for an anxiety disorder and the diagnosis was documented as a favorable finding but the nexus wasn’t approved. Could I submit a supplemental claim and connect this to the IBS that was approved during this same time frame or do I need to start a new claim for anxiety secondary to IBS? I’m unsure of what to do next?

C and P exams I believe is one way this present fuktup VA stalls in there claims process, why else would they send you to multiple c and p exam’s when you have been diagnosed the first time filing, so you need a nexus so you get a nexus and you file a supplemental and they send you to another exam, AAAHHH! I swear I’m dealing with Moe Larry and Curly. I think they are trying to give me ptsd just so they can deny it.😤

In 1967 boot camp I receive a hit to side of face with a pogo fight, I seen stars and later I was sent to sick bay with headaches, nothing was given for headaches so would that still be on records ?

I had a motorcycle accident while in AD and broke my left wrist. This happened in 2001 but I lost the pages in my medical service showing the reason for my fracture and my surgery. However, my evaluation report written by Battalion Commander states: “Due to a broken wrist CPT M couldn’t be scheduled for a PT test, ” as well as a convalescent leave request from the hospital. Can these two documents serve as nexus? Thanks.

I have two questions. First, I'm 100% disabled rated. Can I get a civilian provider to do a hip resurfacing paid for by the VA? Two can all Navy personnel that have used the recall foam even in boot camp file a claim I've seen on a lot of commercials, even though I don't haven't developed any cancer? Thanks for your time.
