Jordan, Gulf war veteran here... I was diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis by my personal DR.(2017) Chronic Bronchitis is considered a presumptive condition from the Pact Act that was signed into law. I was in the areas(Persian Gulf) that was considered presumptive within the right time frame(1991According to everything I've read about the Pact Act). Is a diagnosis with my personal records enough to get service connected. I've been reading where people is getting denied in this same presumptive situation. Just want to make sure that they have enough info to service connect me before I submit my claim. I have already started an intent to file. I'm currently @ 20%. Thanks for any info.

We need a personal statement for a presumptive? I have a diagnosis shouldn’t that be good enough?

What about experimental anthrax shots from back in 2000? Any possible claims from that?

VES examiner knocked down my presumptive PACT claims I don't know what to do next. I'm not feeling like much of a Grandmaster today but its time to keep on going.

what if you are already 0% for asthma and chronic multi symptom . Does signing up for the pact act actually worth it in my case as I already have a covered disability even though it is 0%

Question so I got a email from Va about the burn pits registry. I chatted with a rep and they said they confirmed that I was automatically added to registry due to where I served. Question is that I already have a claim pending for ptsd and tinnitus, how should I go about adding this onto that claim without setting clock back. I ask this because the last psychiatrist I saw that put me on medication dignosed me with major depressive disorder, recurrent, moderate and PTSD…the va psychiatrist about the burn pit basically noted that I have issues as well…

Had two C&P exams and have confirmed exposure to a TERRA and the VA diagnosed me with COPD in my C&P exam yet denied me on my respiratory claim.

I submitted for the PACT act, or I thought I did. I submitted a supplemental claim in Sep of 22. I had Prostate cancer at the age of 43. I qualify for the time and location, in the persian gulf in 1991, 7 months and then back again in 98 for 6 months. Both times exposed to burning oil rigs. I was sent for a exam, but my cancer was removed. It came back denied, should I appeal now that it looks like more people are being approved for this? How do I do that? Thanks.

Good morning, I have a question about the VA rating for a recent (last week) prostate cancer diagnosis. My urologist is recommending active surveillance for now, but I'm only 55 so it's likely the cancer will get worse. My claim was submitted yesterday, I am unsure if I will get a rating if my current treatment plan is active surveillance which includes more frequent prostate exams, psa tests, mri's, and biopsies. Also I am a Gulf War veteran and was deployed Dharan Saudi Arabia Khobar Towers during the summer of1994 so I do believe I fall under the PACT ACT. So my question is, will my treatment plan of active surveillance allow me to achieve a VA rating, and if so will it be a 100% rating since the cancer is active? Thank you for your time sir!

Is a Va form 21-10210 lay statement better than the 4138 form. According to the Va the 4138 lay statement in support of a claim is supposed to be used to prove why you can’t work whereas the 21-10210 is a standard lay statement form in support of a claim
