In this Video we are presenting briefly the art style called Art Deco that started in the 1920s and influenced painting, sculptures, the fashion industry, interior design and architecture.

The style elegantly combined luxury and modern styles which gave the designers a space to experiment with expensive materials.
We also explain the use of this style by the architect Van Alen in his famous project : the Chrysler Building -New York.

1:20 Building is in Riga. Although it may be said it has elements of Art Deco, it is famously known as an example of Art Nouveau style
