I went to the one in San Diego and by god the food was under seasoned, over cooked, and dry as hell(especially the sticky toffee desert since that one was bone dry and their ice cream had ice over it but not in the way that it’s decorative but instead yknow if you leave your ice cream out then refreeze it of which it begins to separate… yeah it was that bad)
