8 years ago I started a small light saber battle project with my buddies and gave up after figuring out how tedious editing 5000 frames twice would be. Somehow came across the footage a few weeks ago and decided to do it and upload it! I lost my patience towards the end and slapped the sounds on and used your tutorial to help make the force lightning look better. I deviated a tad from your instructions so it didn't look too great but it felt good to finish it! Thanks for your help!!

When I click "Screen" it stays the same, any fix?

i found out that you have to click composite on original for the lightning to show up after you turned the glow layers to screen

after i make all 4 glow layers and put the transfer mode as screen the lightning just disappears completely? i have follow the steps exactly as you did and there is nothing?

I tired this effect and followed each step. but once I turn the glows onto screen the background turns blue. please help?

hey im having a problem trying to get the blurriness to go away after i switch the mode to screen i tryed the advice you gave the other guy but it didnt work as well i also tried restarting as well.

if this doesn't work for you just delete after effects and then reinstall it
