This is great because it shows what happens when Grievous is unable to keep a Jedi off balance using fear and surprise ( he cannot avoid force abilities). He tries to intimidate windu by immediately displaying his ability to wield four lightsabers, but windu is among the best and is able to focus and show no fear or hesitation.
