How to Replace the Battery on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 & 10 Plus

The Note batteries are not exploding anymore :P , but just in case this is a video tutorial on how to replace the battery on your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus.

All Models: N970 / N975

I used the following tools:

1. Small Phillips head screwdriver
2. Open Prying tool
3. Hair dryer or heat gun
4. Suction cup

Pay attention: connect the battery last to avoid potential issues. Followed the instructions and all went well. Note 10+ is alive and kicking!

Man, I so miss the days of just popping off the back cover and swapping the batteries 🤦🏾‍♀️. I would usually do this myself after buying a battery off ebay, but I'm going to go on and pay somebody to do it. I hope it is covered by my insurance. I will see later on today.

Heck yeah!!! I was dealing with the dreaded won't charge cause the battery is too cold caused by a loose wireless charging coil. Used your guide to disassemble and reassemble and replaced the battery while i was in there. Now it charges without a problem thanks! AND I have a new battery all for less than 40 bucks. Insurance deductible was 200 and taking it to a shop would have been about $120! I feel like I made out like a bandit.

To secure the battery in place, did you use a new adhesive or what? For the back cover, the adhesive tape you are referring to, did you place a new one or used the existing adhesive tape or glue that was on it?
