Please send us some photographs of your cartridge and your tap, we can often identify parts by a photo. We also offer a free matching service if you are not confident to measure your cartridge. You are welcome to send your cartridge to us by post. We offer a very quick turnaround to get the cartridge back to you.

We can offer parts for most UK kitchen, bathroom taps. Also we can supply most shower flow cartridges. We supply 18, 20, 24, 28, 32, 38 spline tap cartridges. There is not many sizes we cannot help with.

We want to give you the confidence to be able to change your tap cartridge yourself! You do not need a plumber. You need a few simple tools; Depending on the tap you will need either an allen key (usually 2 or 2.5mm) or cross head screwdriver, plus an adjustable spanner or socket set.

Excellent, I was baffled by the thread size of mine - I presumed it was 1/2" BSP but its dia was not correct, this video shows its 20mm metric.
