I am growing Georgia Southern collards as well. I can't wait to eat 'em. Thanks, pal.

Broccoli and cauliflower cannot be stressed by crowding, dryness, oe temperature or they won’t size up. Do that and they’ll be fine. Compact the soil around roots. They are flowers 😃

Will you still be using the baccto potting soils this year? Or, have you found something better? Where do you purchase your supplies? I have looked at Walmart and Home Depot in Hoover but they didn’t have it. (Baccto) BTW, Great videos!!

Great video! What did you put your hole for the seed with? Do you cover these or use a light or what?

Can you remember when you transplanted to the garden? Thanks!

Your variety of broccoli (Calabrese has a small head with numerous side shoots) may be the reason you are not happy with your broccoli. If you are looking for those awesomely huge heads of tender broccoli try a different variety such as Belstar, Arcadia, Green Goliath, Superdome, Green Magic, Everest, Packman, Galleon, Early Dividend, Blue Wind, and Southern Comet.
