If y’all don’t think this is true I was living at my grandmas beach house and I would go in the water everyday and leave the water on my face and I had no acne but once I moved back not going in the beach anymore same environment I started to break out

I also did change some of my eating habits and sleep schedule then on top of that did the SALT SPRAY

Guys this works but make sure to use a good moisturizer because salt is a dehydrator and can dry out ur skin.

you guys actually have to try this though, it works the exact same as any other skin care routine and it's much cheaper just do this and dip your face in ice water ever morning

I imagine the salt dehydrates the skin but not too much so the skin regulates oil production until u stop using it
