I'm glad I came across this video. He does a great job. I'm hoping this will also work for my 03 cts. I'm in Florida too I wonder if the weather or salty air has to do with the issue or if it's just a cadillac thing

If the Car doesn't start when you turn the key Leave it on accessory or put the car in neutral and push it forward or backwards Like a foot hop back in the car quick and press the brakes to stop the car from rolling and it will reset and you can start the car.

My sister is having problems with her theft system I'm pretty sure this is the problem she thinks it's a bad key. Her doors will lock and unlock and her key won't turn back all the way. So I pulled ecm fuse twice to try and reset it, and the key turned back all the way and theft light went off for a while. Then came back on while driving and the temp and fuel gage will bottom out on and off back and forth while driving and doors will lock and unlock while driving any ideas

So I’m having a problem with mine, same car in the video, it cranks and won’t start up at all but everything on the inside works fine, when it did use to run it would shake terribly could it be my ecm or ecu that needs to be replaced?
