Ingredients:
6 large egg whites at room temperature
6 large egg yolks at room temperature
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of cold whipping cream
1 lb of marscapone cheese at room temperature
Roughly 5 tsp of amaretto liqueur
Roughly 2 cups of espresso coffee
Roughly 6-8 oz of lady fingers
Unsweetened cocoa powder
.
* I used 1 tsp of liqueur for every 1/2 cup of coffee I poured in the bowl for dipping.
* I also used a 8 inch X 12 inch baking dish

the liqueur is pronounced AMoretto, not ARMoretto, there's no 'R' in the word. You also said 'fold it in the same way I did the Cool Whip'. That was real whipped cream, right?
