Thanks Tarah! You just gave me an answer I been looking for a while. I've been looking for an alternative to Gatorade, I try to avoid it as much as I can mainly because of the plastic bottle. Now I'll simply eat a banana and drink water!

Saturated fat isn’t as bad as made out.... however it can be bad long term, monounsaturated fats are the main one here as there found the most, are the healthiest and are wide spread
