Great video Complex. For me I believe the Native 5 deserves a place in the top 10. Very solid, great blade shape, no hump, and great outdoors Knife.

The Manix 2 is my favorite Spyderco, the ball bearing lock is genius design that in my opinion just feels more positive than crossbar/axis locks style locks, I put flytanium ti cages in my standard G10 and lightweight which is unnecessary but elevates the whole feel, great knives.

I’ve collected Spyderco’s for over 20 years and have well over 130 of them. Very few in the last three to four years. Prices are insane. Got to say the Dodo has always been one of my faves.

Alright! Completely agree with #1!
My absolute favorite: Para 3
My re-issue wish: Mini Manix
Runners up: Original Native
Lil' Native

That shortened Kapara should be production! I got 2 of the original Delicas when they came out, because I’d never seen knives with clip. New Delicas are awesome. Materials may seem underwhelming, but like most of these, they are more about design.

Spyderco has got to be pound for pound the best knife company around. Their prices have been inflated but you can’t deny their build quality and their insane ability to make any blade steel into a decent to amazing cutting tool.

Finally, the sage 5 lw is beginning to get its due. I think the sage 5 lw is by far the best spyderco (besides the Bill Moran) that I have ever used. I love it way more than the para 3. It's just so, so good! If unlocked composites made scales for the sage 5 lw, it would be game over for all other spydercos.

9. Stretch 2 XL Cruwear
10. Astute

Thank you for this well-thought-out video. Totally appropriate to consider prices when ranking these knives since most of us have to consider prices when making a purchase. In that vein, the Japanese Spyderco’s held their prices steady this year, which may make this the last place to find some really solid values.

I’d put the stretch 2 up there too. Way better slicing geometry and better ergos due to its contouring over the PM2

About time someone calls them out on their prices. But everyone makes sure to call out benchmade on their prices.

Yay!! Spyderco video!!

I agree with the Para 3 being number one ❤ it’s so good it’s the only knife model I have multiples of; I have one lightweight, one s45vn g10 and one DLT cruwear and purple g10.

One of the things I love about it is how customisable they are, all three of mine are decked out in custom scales, clips etc. the lightweight has AWT aluminium scales on it which only increase the weight by .1 of an ounce and make it feel so much more premium (but I actually really liked the way they did the FRN on the Para LW), my s45vn Para has AWT aluminium scales which actually reduce the weight via a liner delete and a black MXG clip and then the cruwear one has purple haze fat carbon with a bronze lynch clip

Great video MC, I love the extra editing on this one!
Shaman in S90V is still one I hope to acquire one day!

I used to hate Spyderco solely for the blade shape. Then I was gifted a PM2 and I fell in love with Spyderco in a matter of a few weeks. I recently got the Spyderco Ambitious and I wanna get the Shaman next

Loving this new style a lot! Not overdone with the editing just the right amount. This quality and editing could really help grow your channel, and I hope it does!

I started collecting a few months back. I have found some great little knives for under $50 each. Dozens of them in fact. My only Spyderco is a Resilience. I think I paid around $75. I love the knife and would like to have a few more Spydercos, but since they are so very pricey I don't know if I want to spend my whole knife budget on them. I might spring for a couple more including the Para 3, but they are just too costly to consider a large collection when there are so many cheaper quality knives out there.

I was going crazy as the list went on without mentioning the Sage Lightweight 😂😂. It’s literally the model that got me into Spyderco knives. It’s such an amazing knife!! Plus it’s one of those rare knives running on washers that has action like it’s running on bearings while also having an amazing price tag! You can also carry this knife around in a pair of basketball shorts and barely even feel it. It’s so light and one of my most carried knives.

I'd make the case for the Stretch 2, specifically in K390. Great blade shape (very similar to PM2), one of the best blade steels out there, and it comes in at around $150. It's similar to the Endela, but the handle on the Stretch is more comfortable. Yeah, it's FRN and a back lock, but if you can get past that....
