1, it isnt a trend its just self care, two, barely anyone actually takes a 3-4 hour shower. usually 2 hours max. personally, an everything shower for me is once a week, and i shave, exfoliate twice, cleanse, and wash my hair (sometimes a face mask too). for me and most people it takes 30 mins to an hour, unlike my everyday shower where i just wash my body (15 minutes).

It doesn’t take that long, as a mum everything showers are a must to make you feel like a person again 😂 self care is a must

Leave in conditioner & detangle
double cleanse
exfoliate
Shave
Rinse hair
(Exfoliate again for best results)
Wash intimate areas with sensitive wash
Scrub feet
Rinse & dry
Cream
Oil
Face mask

Should take about 45 mins

Add a diy mani, pedi & blow dry for full glow up

It’s not a trend it’s self care🤦🏼‍♀️ I personally don’t do everything showers but “everything baths” and it’s mostly for self care but also just also restarts myself mentally, I don’t run the water for two hours. Anyway lol let’s normalize everything baths where if your spending that much time in the bathroom the water isn’t running the whole time

I take everything “showers” weekly to exfoliate, shave, shave my face, do face masks all that but I take a bath for like 1-2 hours and then hop in the shower to rinse off so I’m not wasting that much water and I also find it more relaxing

The longest shower I take is 1h30m I don’t normally takes me 45 minutes to an hour doing everything shower

I’ve never heard of this trend but I’ve been doing this basically all my life. Hygiene and self care can be really difficult for me so when I feel up and ok to doing it I usually do it all at once instead of slowly over time.

So technically (from my experience and my opinion) my “everything shower” is 50% outside of the shower and just in the bathroom and 50% actually in the shower. What I mean is that you apply face masks, hair masks, etc. All of this is done OUTSIDE of the actual shower. When you actually take the shower that’s when you wash your hair, body, shave, etc. Sorry if this was confusing 😅

It's not a trend, it's the big showers we usually have around about 1 time a week. It's just how we take care of ourselfs
