I have watched Miley grow since the day she was born. Her dad Billy Ray Cyrus was our local star. He played at a nightclub in my town on the weekends. She has grown from a little baby, to a young tv star, to a top performer, all with her dad and Dolly Parton in the shadows. Now that she has grown up and into a beautiful young lady she is looking more and more like Dolly Parton. Miley will be the next Dolly!
