I was turning it anti clockwise and the filter wouldn't come off. Then I found your helpful vid that showed the correct direction to turn and it came off as quick as a wink. Thank you so much!

I try to do what I can, sometimes it is a DIY, other times it is a call a pro. Changing an aerator is really easy and not worth calling a Plumber and paying a large amount, but it does need to be done correctly.. Glad to help you, and glad to help save water...

I had to use the pliers, because adjustable wrench kept slipping. Put a newer version on with a swivel head. Thanks for the video, good explanation.

Thanks for making the video. I had trouble replacing my sink aerator and watching your video helped. I applied extra pressure and turned clockwise to remove the stubborn aerator.

Thank you, very helpful. I had been waiting to get help to remove that darn aerator and I just needed the encouragement to not be afraid to crush the faucet tip and replace it. It came off then with a good squeeze and twist and not too much damage at all!

This explains it very, very clearly. I've removed a faucet aerator before but am in a new house and the aerator on my kitchen faucet is so hard core stuck that I thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I've been watching videos. I'm working on it correctly, but still no luck getting that thing off. Not sure what to do at this point.... :-(
