Very useful video. I would add take a photograph of the pipework underneath the sink before you disassemble it as it is very useful when reassembling.

This video was very useful because it reminded me of one very critical thing....the restraining clips! After I cut through the caulk, I was having a hard time prying my sink up. Then I watched this video, and, aha I had to loosen the clips under the sink! Thanks guys!

I want to remove my kitchen sink and unit in preparation for a new kitchen that will happen in a few weeks. After turning off the supply to the taps could I then turn the water supply back on and use the bathroom in the house or would water come spurting out of the kitchen tap pipes?

How did you cut the silicone sealant between the back of the sink and the wall?
