Tuchel is an absolute genius man.
The thing is Madrid werent declining this season like they were last, so their quality was always going to show through.
Kind of crazy how we all forgot how good Madrid were after having a couple of rough years. Them and Barcelona are coming back harder in the future.

It was a true battle of the champions. The kings of the competition vs the reigning champions. Mad respect for Chelsea.

Never felt so proud of watching a team performance even though we lost. We may have been the architects to our downfall with Kante error for Modric goal but it’s still up the chels

I wish you had explained how the substitutes affected the final score. Because there were a lot of tactical changes.

I cried tears of joy twice. When Alonso scored and when Werner scored.
But in the end it doesn't even matter. Anyway we went down in style

one way Tuchel could have helped see Chelsea through was game management.. go defense and counter in the last 12 or so minutes..
No way Mourinho or Conte conceding if any of them were 3-0 up at the Bernabeu

London Pride

We played our hearts out. The odds were against us. We had them beat at 3-0 and a disallowed goal. They had two chances that they took. Our silly mistakes from the 1st leg, 50:50 decisions and lack of game killer experience was the difference.

We outplayed Real Madrid and won at the Bernabeu.

Insane game. Tuchel really had it. The game would most likely have gone a different route if the Alonso goal stood.

This is Madrid. The experience and the mentality. This is the reason they have the 13. Pundits predicted they’ll be out in R16 against PSG. But look, they’re in semis defeating two powerhouse

I was hoping you'd have a take on the effect Camavinga had once he was subbed in. I feel like he turned the tide.

Tuchel tactics was great. The only issue was Kante not being into the game. Whether it's because he(kante) was fatigued for playing 5 games straight including international matches along side while fasting. I felt he should have been rested during the Southampton game to start for this game. The goals came from his misplaced passed and lack of concentration. However congratulations to Madrid

Lots of respect for Tuchel, brilliant tactics as always, they were clearly the better side, we are just lucky to have Modric alongside us.

I really appreciate your efforts to push out content for these analysis'. I enjoy these videos because it gives me a wider view as to how the managers think when putting the tactics together.

As a Madrid fan, I would say that Rudiger's goal shouldn't've happened because the corner was given wrongly. If you pay attention, the ball skimmed the ground, making it look like Modric deflected it, but he didn't. Also, with Alonso's goal, it was a bit unfair, but, either way, this is how close they judge in big games like this.

Not the best performance, but, still was a very good win!! HALA MADRID!!
