This is the business class lounge. First class is to the right of the receptionist.

Unimpressive...generic. Where are the 'moments' when you first arrive (and that semi-flazed panel opens automatically) to reveal something bold and distinctive... that use art or some custom installation piece? instead its a large (and generic) wall graphic of a city. Generic art on walls...Private showers feel a bit cold and institutional...also is there table service w waiters/etc? American needs to REALLY push their teams to imagine and deliver exceptional world-class decor experience! Incidentally...I wonder how warm, prompt and courteous the staff are...Its one thing to have a new space. Its quite another to feel unwelcome and/or unattended. Good for AA to at least make the effort.
