Thank you so much for using a dark background for your video! I am sure many people are tired of turning on a video and having their LCD screens Light Up full blast with the white backgrounds, straining the eyes and wearing down the device battery much faster. Aside from the nice presentation, the video as well done. Thank you

Oh my this is so accurate of my symptoms, the faint headaches at random, I get confusion sometimes, and just want to stay in bed. I do suffer from anxiety and stress. One moment I'm fine, one moment I may be on the toilet 6 or more times. Sometimes diarrhea and sometimes constipation. It ruins my life😥

This video is really pushing me to see a doctor myself, for as long as I can remember I’ve always had stomach issues and pains, and a lot of these points are registering with me.

I hate having IBS. Literally can be totally fine one day, couple weeks even. Then suddenly I have what I call an avalanche. There’s no warning. I can eat the same exact meals and portions one day and be fine, yet the next time I’m a horrible mess with multiple episodes. I’ll never know when it’s coming, nor for how long. The pain I feel while trying to get it over with is awful! Dealing with this for most of my life has been nothing short of a nightmare.😢

I went to my GP, he told me I need to go see a specialist. That alone will cost me, so going to my doctor basically was no help.

Such a fantastic video and detailed advice. Diagnosis is critical to successful treatment. So many folk self diagnose and believe it's IBS and then try tackling their condition as IBS....But actually it could be IBD, Crohn's, Ceoliac disease, bowel cancer to name a few. All of which require a unique and different approach and subsequent treatments.

Thanks for sharing, the awareness of IBS and gut health needs spreading.

I was perfect until 2019. And it flared form work stress and got worse. Coffee is no good. And the pain can last for hours days on end.

This explains alot about my symptoms. Altho i don't have the diarrhoea symptoms i get a lot of pain and bananas trigger me a lot more. Running can make it worse and especially in the mornings it gets bad and i start work early in the morning. This video has been super helpful and it explains why i can always feel my stomach and bowels.

i suffer from IBS and when i have the sudden urge to want to go for a poo i need to go straight away as i have no muscle strength to hold it all in. And trying to hold it all in causes me great pain. It's horrible to have to live with it. And i really hope that no one else gets it...

Suffering since 2 months.. recovering day by day... Last 3 days completely normal...

What I followed is..

1. Elimination gluten and Sugar
2. Gentle Yoga
3. Pranayam
4. 35 mins walk...

Day by day I feel I am improving a little bit..

Dear IBS community, have you ever observed if we are in hurry or if we are supposed to complete any target in time may it be simple cooking or any simple task in time... Due to even simple worry our stomach contracts. And doesn't feel like relax stomach... We have to observe this very carefully, ....I think this is the reason.. it starts feeling abnormal, ..

For that meditation, stressfree no time bound commitment, slow and peaceful working style.. rhythmic pattern of breathing is very necessary to keep brain gut in sync..

I had this IBS 3 YEARS BACK resolved in 2 months then again 1 year back... Again resolved in 1 month and now since last 2 months... Resolving slowly .. since last 3 days....❤

You're allright.I have had IBS as long as I can remember but I have a friend with Chrone's disease. Compared with her, my IBS is nothing. The diarrhea, bloating, constipation and cramps aren't going to end my life. I drink 2 to 3 cus of hot coffee (black ) every morning and that causes my system to clean itself out. I can't eat breakfast or lunch. Only a very little for dinner. Sometimes I purposely eat at a buffett and eat all the trigger foods. This is when I am damn SICK AND TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT. I MAKE SURE TO SIT NEXT TO THE RESTROOMS AND THAT IT IS WELL STOCKED WITH TOILET PAPER. Damned if I am going to let IBS cripple me

I was diagnosed 2 years ago. I lived with this pain, thinking it was normal since I was in grade school. My mother has never been diagnosed, but she is the only one who understood my pain and also had the same pain. So she thought it was normal. She also didn't understand why my dad didn't understand why I stayed home sick some days because of it. So I think my mom has it and I got it from her. I noticed it gets worse with anxiety and stress. It hurts. I dont like it. (Only women with kids will get this) intense ibs cramps to me are the closest thing to labor pains I can think of. It's horrible. Oh! I also developed the burping, and i have a gastrointestinal issues

I think this is what I might have. I started suffering from constipation as a teen. Not often thankfully. In my early 20s I got horribly sick and diarrhea accompanied everything else. Ever since, I've been having watery stool, sudden cramps and the occasional constipation. It's not bad or life altering (I'm really thankful), but it's quite annoying. It really acts up when I sick or it's that time of the month though.
