one of the things that is great about house is he is irreverent with the majority of people but ... kids he will not scare, mums who are asking logical legit questions he will not demean, and things like this he knows he is not the right doctor but while dealing with it his professional skills come fully into play. He is someone who deeply cares for people's legitimate problems, but does not care for stupid or idiots.
