Good video! I am so tired of having aggravated pitta, I get acne and red skin and constipation, even though i drink a lot of water and eat fruit every so tiring really. Wish I could be healthy.

Wild to find out about this today, become so completely engrossed to figure out I am mostly pitta, and then to see all the synchronicities between myself and preferences and what you have said. Very interesting…. Like for example one of my favorite meals to calm myself down is tacos- with a whole bunch of cumin and cilantro 😂
