I work at a wasabi farm!! It is the stupidest plant in the world and it’s also my favourite plant in the world. 😂

Really other than Japan growing it in America is human magic. Such tight and elegant conditions for wasabi growth are nature's magnificence.

Pour le wasabi, même au Japon il est très commun de ne pas consommer du vrai wasabi. C’est du au fait qu’il est très difficile à produire et le prix peut vite monter (120-250$/kg), c’est un produit de luxe. On retrouve très facilement du wasabi (qu’on a chez nous) dans le commerce au Japon sous forme de tube . Pour ce point là c’est pas si dramatique.
