THANK YOU! The first solution worked for me! I tried messaging Epic about it, but they told me to delete my cache from the files which didn't work and then when I tried messaging them again about it, there was no one available for live chat anymore and every time I tried to submit an email, it kept failing to send. Glad I found this video cause it was way more helpful then Epic.
