I have question but more of a concern. I started to have this emotional and mental immune against spiritual teachings and lectures after five years of spiritual seeking. I don’t want to watch them anymore and if I do, I don’t care like before. Also, I stopped meditating and mindfulness.

Just finished reading Harri Aalto’s book The Landscape of Enlightenment: With Doors and Windows to Our World. I am simply blown away! He writes only of his own experience…and I have never heard anyone talk about it the way he does. He never talks about anything but his own experience, but the way he describes it is like a combination of NDEs, OBEs, mediumship, regression therapy, reincarnation, paranormal experiences and more all wrapped up into a single package. The way he writes of his experience is simply astounding to me! Rick Archer has interviewed him, but would love to see him on your channel with your interview style! I cannot wrap my mind around the way he describes his experience!

Ok, but how do you give yourself to this? I understand what it is, everything just is, and with intention i know how to go there every time i want, but how do you give yourself fully to that so that the fake manipulative and controlling personality don't get back and say "shut up i am more important than this" and starts talking again and without you knowing you are sleeping again, maybe for days or months and you destroy or hurt yourself even more and others?

Angelo of you see this I am curious of your opinion:
If we are capable of waking up to all senses of being, all sensations by shifting our identify to the greater "I" why experience life as an individual at all? I imagine life resembles forgetting you're playing a role playing video game and you "experience" what the character in the game experience since you indentify as the character but the true "You" not really suffering. In the end you identify with the character suffering and for a time you can experience their story.
The idea is that identifying with the ego and thoughts to some degree holds some value of experience does it not? I don't understand why we should identify completely with a "macro" version of "I" instead of the individual "micro" version.
