Seeing, hearing and feeling is happening. Ask yourself the question 'who or what is experiencing this?' Just wait for the answer. If a thought arises, it's not you as it's a temporary phenomena and this changes. If a thought of your names arises, you are not your name. This is just a memory of a label, and if your name changes you are still the same? If a feeling, emotion or sensation arises is this you or is it just a phenomena that arises and changes? Keep waiting for the answer in this present moment and when a thought, emotion or sensation arises just keep focusing on the answer. Something will happen.

It’s not popular our days, where societies rewards narcissists, to say that there is no one and the self is a illusion. But that’s the truth. There is only spirit/consciousness/God. Chose your concept but the concept is always the shade of the truth, not the thing itself..
