Hi James, I really like how you give practical examples of how you've implemented the "simple rule" system (e.g open a blank word doc.... etc). At 25:31 you mention that you had a worksheet/cheatsheet for this system. However I can't find it in the description of your video or any of the modules in momentum society. Is this for a particular reason or am I just blind ? :))). If you could let me know, that would be great. Critical action: get out of bed right away, without snoozing
Simple rule: turn on the lights and drink water as soon as the alarm rings to trigger the right behavior (getting up)

How do your clients remember the simple rules at the jump point? Do they repeat them out loud until they absorb them? Do they use visual aids?

Use not buying sugar products rule too! My brother uses another simple strategy for weight loss: he tries not to drink tea because it makes him want sweets :)) He also eats only three times a day, no snacks. If he wants smth in between he drinks water.

Have you had some tips on a problem with breaking simple rule and not able to come back to it? I had a perfect simple rule “no gadjects in hands when I cross doorway to a sleeping room”. Worked perfectly for some time - a month or so, then I broke it and can’t go back to that decision :(
