Today I’ll be showing you all how to make the perfect spicy Cajun chicken sandwich! As well call it back home the “sammich”
Everyone went crazy over the new Popeyes chicken sandwich!! Including me! Ha! But I learned there secret ingredient. I also added my own twist and created my own recipe. To be honest, it’s more flavorful and tasty homemade!
So now, I’m addicted and I’ll be making a chicken “sammich” more often! Super quick and simple! Enjoy y’all!

Ingredients

2 chicken breast (boneless,skinless and cut in half) - 4 in total

Marinade:
4-6 cups, Heavy cream or butter milk

Condiments:
4 buns, toasted in butter
12 pickles, sliced

Flour mix:
2 1/2 cup - all purpose flour
1 Tbsp, cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp, garlic powder
1 Tbsp, onion powder
1 Tbsp, smoked paprika
1 Tbsp, Cajun seasoning

Egg mix:
4 eggs
2 Tbsp, buffalo sauce
1 Tsp, Cajun seasoning
1 Tsp, smoked paprika

Cajun Mayo Sauce:
1 cup, Mayo
2 Tbsp, hot sauce
1/2 - 1 Tbsp, Cajun seasoning (opt)

Frying:
Vegetable oil
Fryer or skillet
