This is my LAST chicken sandwich for a minute... I think. No promises 🤔

6 chicken thighs
6 brioche buns

2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup pickle juice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt

Dry batter:
2 cups flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt (or to taste, because I like a lot)

Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (I like it spicy)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
