I had a couple of left over chicken breasts, so I made chicken sandwiches with them using a few seasonings like yours but added gochuchong also. I used the Hawaiian buns a spicy mayo with my Trini hot sauce and a few of my pickles that I canned from my garden. My wife was like...those are the best.

Made this yesterday. I didn't exactly do it your way. I didn't double batter. And left it to chill in the fridge for about a hour or so. But it turned out fantastic. Was my first time making a fried chicken sandwich. My toughest critic my child ate two. 👍🏼

I like Popeye's before making my own. When COVID first hit, I started cooking more, after learning how to copycat recipes like this, it help me save money. Something I've always been horrible @. The best thing about making your own is you can make how you want @ no additional charge.
