I've looked at a lot of these and this indie dwell is right up there among the best.... I see in the comments somebody mentioned the Sears houses. My grandmother and grandfather they're good friends lived across the street and they had a Sears house it was put up in the twenties I believe and still going strong today, 100 years later. I can't remember the style as of right now, big three or four bedrooms and very nice .

Sears used to make pre-fab homes. They were beautiful.

We could do this for clinics and emergency purposes in disaster locations. Hurricanes, earthquakes, post tornadoes to name a few.
Heck today, it would work for outside classes during the pandemic.

i spoke to prefab home center. They wanted 600k for a cottage. No land. no foundation. Where's the savings?

This stuff is cool but I am much more interested in 3D printed home technology. I've been to nearly every 3D printed house in America and filmed them on my channel. Lately I've been covering the companies overseas that I can't currently reach. It amazing seeing how fast the industry is growing. The tech and designs are improving faster and faster.

Whole point is that the prices must be lower than traditional housing.
If it takes less time less manpower & less everything then why price high?? There's no logic.
