This is nice, but looks too affordable. As an American, I believe a man must pay back massive student loans for a lifetime while saving up for a down payment for an over priced home. Then spend the next 30 years paying off the rest of the home while paying the bank the price equivalent price of the home. Every basic need should be a monthly payment. A man should sell most of his waking hours in life to shelter himself from the elements. Now that is freedom

The only issue I found with these pre-frab houses is that they cannot be all perfect. You will have to give up on one of the 3: bedroom, kitchen and common sitting area. I have not seen one that would work for me.
