The concept and overall execution is good but i would swap the kitchen and bedroom around having a smaller bedroom and larger kitchen living area that spills out on to the balcony.

So the first thing that has to go is that bed, out, and the porch/balcony area enclosed. I would have mine designed with an access portal in the ceiling, accessible by a spiral staircase to the top of the home to accommodation a nice upper deck seating area, and then you can put a canopy over that, lined with solar panels, backed up by a power wall storage batteries, and so any excess power can be used to power up your electric vehicle/appliances or back to the batteries or back to the grid. I’d use some kind of hide-a-bed sofa so that the bedroom could be a living room. Not bad, otherwise.

Definitely looks cool. Id probably want the bedroom to be a lounge area and the bed up in a loft. Really no place to just hang out in this thing.

A company in Texas resale it for $125K base price and customized interior options. I would like to have one of these. It seems sturdy and between large trees would be great.

LED windows to create more space, and privacy while still letting light in. That comment about the house from the future with a fridge from 1983 is right on. Of course the point is to keep the price down.
