there's no need to install anything
In the WSA settings there is the option “Share user folders”.

then your Windows folders (Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc) appear in the Android subsystem under a folder called "Windows".
you can easily copy or move the files to this path and they will appear in W11 or vice versa.
