The Big Picture : National Infrastructure Pipeline Dashboard

Monitoring of all infrastructure projects under the ₹111-trillion National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) will be allowed on a digital platform to ensure access to updated project information for investments across various sectors, the finance ministry said on Monday. The projects will be mapped and evaluated by the departments concerned and the finance ministry to monitor the implementation and actual progress, compared to the initial estimates of the NIP for each project. The move assumes significance as increased focus on infrastructure projects will help revive the economy following the covid-19 crisis. India need to balance between development and sustainable development...As far as time for project completion is concerned ...I think company works in profit ideologies and for them as soon as work is done is good for them ... It is the government which want issue to make their politics reach to people...

Regarding design, we are like a cook who learn cooking by experimenting but that doesn't work out as far as the designing of infrastructure is concerned.We must take sufficient time to design & then implement it otherwise we might end up chaotic.
