The truths of the heart Nietzsche would say are but truths of a bad conscience... Perhaps, Nietzsche would say that Ivan and Rozkolincov are but strawmen arguments, that if only man were daring and courageous enough to transvaluate all their values they'd overcome their poisoned hearts and embrace a philosophy of the future?
