1. Be alert - when are you most alert during the day? Use your time of alertness wisely. Epinephrine is your friend here
2. Hydration, caffeine, etc during these alert times to help you get established in your desired learning pattern
3. Acetocholene - practicing visual focus on something or auditory focus on something for 90 minutes. I'm going to say visual focus on something means something relatively stationary or constant. NOT scrolling through a feed or watching videos with a lot of visual variety designed to keep your attention.
4. Combine coffee before learning. If 90 mins seems too long due to ADHD, think about whether you are giving up your 90 mins a day to something unwise.
5. 1st cycle of the day is waking up.
6. Get some non-sleep deep rest after a learning cycle.
7. Deep sleep.
8. After age 25, focus on making use of these 90 min learning cycles. Find them and use them.
9. My note: after 25, or as an adult, you have greater wisdom to apply yourself towards what is good if you want to. Child prodigies on the internet are not the norm. They will have to figure out the meaning of life too, and if they just focus on math, chess or violin etc, they won't find it. Plenty of them have been pushed to their breaking points. You are the norm and you have something hidden to bring to the table. Everyone does. God bless.

It was an abrupt change for me just before my 25th birthday. Between 26 & 27 I felt like a new person mentally. It was truly a wild experience and freaked me out a bit but I’m glad I was able to navigate it fairly smoothly.

For me, learning anything new has been difficult since I turned 20. I'm blaming depression. I just recently turned 25 and hearing this makes me feel kinda hopeless

It's tue! Nobody likes to do the analytical thinking, it takes a bit of your time, it's very boring, but it's the best thing you can do when you make difficult decisions. We should not allowing people to change their body until the brain is fully developed. And I personally believe that if we teach in hischool how to learn analytical thinking and when to access, it would teach those young kids an important lessons that will help them to grow up. I wish I was taught when I was a teenager.

It's important to be deattatched time to time during the day.
Expose yourself to new life experiences before the age of 25.

I don’t like the background piano music that makes it seem like this is some sort of motivational speech. I think people that listen to videos about the brain actually want to learn about it and don’t need all the extra fluff

Are there any rare cases when it develops in the early 20s? Oh yeah he just said + or - 2years from 25 so I guess some early 20s people do.

I graduated from med school on scholarship basis, done my internship 104 hours per week without any pay . Turned 25 now i am jobless . I dont have the means to "make the call" like some of my collegues . They have politicians in family . Who made the call and now they got seats in hospital to specialize in medical field.
My parents expect a lot from me. They want me to get married have a specialization program. Be able to do house chores above everything. Serve my siblings just because they have an upcoming exam. I feel pathetic
