_That's _*_literally_*_ the _*_opposite_*_ of what "impartial" means._ How in the name of *GOD* did the opposing counsel allow that person on the jury? Screw all this, it's just a show to give us the *illusion* that there's going to be some justice. There won't be. And when it doesn't happen, they'll just throw up their hands and say, "Golly Gee Whiz.... _it was the _*_jury's_*_ decision not to indict!"_

Since these people are EXECUTIVE personnel why not use a jury of Military peers which haven't contributed toward any political campaign.
