All you will need for this push ups workout is a mat, a chair and some determination!

The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds rest... this rest will be needed!! Maybe not after 1st set but definitely every set after this!

We perform each of the following exercises 2 times!

In regard alternatives, you can perform with hands on a chair to reduce amount of bodyweight having to push or one knees for the different versions. I usually suggest not to perform on knees if performing regular push ups but with variations, on knees can be useful to practice the alignment and getting you accustomed to the single side work.

Standard push ups
Pike push ups
Wide push ups
Archer push ups
Staggered push ups
Uneven to close push ups
Leaning forward push ups
Side to side push ups
Uneven push ups
Decline push ups
Single arm push up chair
Tricep push ups
Hold for 10 seconds then rise
Diamond push ups
Skullcrusher
X1 slow push up
Push up pulses
Side lying tricep push up
Cobra neutral hand position
Cobra diamond hand position
Single arm cobra
Diver push up
Dead stop tricep push up

Burnout!
3 x 10 seconds to use any energy left to rep out those standard push ups!!!

No pressure! Try your best! I find some variations a lot more challenging than others.. use this time to play!!!

I did it for 14 minutes and I'm still proud of myself that I could push till my best! And I'm not ashamed to tell that I couldn't finish it, because I believe in progress time to time! Can't wait how far I can go in 2-3 month's! I'll come back here, to challenge me vs me!

I did 450 push-ups in this session! A year ago I couldn’t even do 1 tricep push-up! These work outs are amazing

Before EPIC, if I had seen a 45 minute push-up workout, I would have kept right on scrolling! Now, I can (almost) keep up! More impressive to me, though, is the shift in my attitude. I wasn’t just willing, I was actually excited to give it a try! Some days are especially hard (I’m looking at you, Monday circuit training!) and some days are surprisingly doable, but we keep showing up thanks to our awesome trainer, Caroline, and we make a bit of progress every time :)

Epic II day 43 done ✅

Full disclosure - I had to make this workout my own - I did the first set of all of the push ups strictly on my toes or inclined on the low seat part of my sofa. For the push ups which were one side per set I did both sets so I don’t end up wonky!

Then for the second set I did different upper body exercises.

So basically I did a completely different workout 🤣😂😆BUT I am proud of myself and surprised at how many push ups I could do with correct form 💪 so I’ll take it as a win!!

Today I've done 500 push ups (yes, I have counted every push up). Before I met you I was not able to perform a push up without my knees on the floor, now I have done all of them just with my feet (all of them with dead stop, but that was my best). Thank you Caroline, I have never felt so strong!

I don’t understand people leaving a thumbs down on the video ! I can understand that push ups are not everybody’s favorite thing to do but nobody is forcing you to do the workout ! I for one was not looking forward this workout but I did the best I could and I end it up being so happy I did it ! Nothing grow’s from our confort zone ! I can’t show enough gratitude for the Epic programs ! I am really sad that it is ending soon but already printed the epic one and two schedules to do them again ! Thank’s again for this, I am so much stronger because of you !

saw the title, read the description and said... no way! but i promised myself to at least TRY each exercise. Before I knew it the workout was over and I had done every exercise! A few mods along the way but... I did it. These workouts are as much mental as they are physical! Thanks again Caroline. I do feel epic!

I cant believe I saw this workout to the very end. I hate pushups and normally do everything possible to avoid them, fast forward to today and I have managed 23 variations of push ups. Firstly until I started doing Caroline's Epic program I didnt even know that you could have so many different variations. Thank you Caroline for giving us the gift of taking our bodies where we didnt think it was possible, I am forever grateful at what my body has achieved thus far. Happy Sunday

This is the thing about the way Caroline structures the program, she would never publish something that we cannot do. And if we try we can. The sideways one were, well, need more practice, the hold is killer, the rest I averaged 7 per round. I say that is progress.Thanks you Caroline for PUSHING US.

Caroline, before I started your workouts, I was following a calisthenics program, and archer pushups took my life. Today, I did them with no trouble whatsoever. I would like to say a genuine thank you for where I am today, both strength wise and endurance wise. Thoroughly enjoyed today's workout. Thank you again.
